Dance Walk / Dance Meditation / Walking Meditation In these dance classes, you can consciously experience and explore what we often overlook as "walking" in everyday life. Relax and mobilize your body in nature and immerse yourself in intuitive and improvisational dance under guidance! After a warm-up, we will dance and move through the park in stages. I will provide movement prompts, but you can also walk and dance freely – following the motto "do what feels good." There is no right or wrong. I invite you to a creative and harmonious interplay with your individual anatomy and current abilities. We will also focus on our breath and find relaxation through mindfulness and awareness exercises. CLOTHING INFORMATION We will be out in nature for approximately 1.5 hours. Dress appropriately for the weather and consider bringing a backpack: you can stow your belongings if you get warm. I recommend thin-soled shoes for mindful awareness of the ground.

We meet outdoors and can get active together in an interesting setting and fresh air. Some activities are possible even under rain, while others are not.
For all activities, I recommend comfortable clothing suitable for movement and weather-appropriate footwear. If possible, choose shoes with thin soles to ensure good contact with the ground and your body. Since we will be outdoors in some areas, shoes may get dusty or muddy.
