Dancing outside? Dancing outside!

We meet outdoors and can get moving together in interesting surroundings and fresh air. Some of the activities are protected from the rain, others are not. Registering by email allows me to email you any last-minute changes if necessary:

Notes on clothing

For all activities, I recommend wearing clothing that allows you to move and shoes that are appropriate for the weather. If possible, wear thin soles so that you can get good contact with the ground and your body. Since we are sometimes out in nature, shoes can get dusty or muddy.

    In this dance course in the form of a dance walk, you can consciously experience and explore what we don't pay attention to as "walking" in everyday life. Relax and mobilize your body in nature and immerse yourself in intuitive and improvisational dance under instruction!

    When everyday life has us firmly in its grip, conscious movement to music can offer a simple resource for relaxation. Your body receives various movement inspirations in which your physical and mental needs can be experienced and respected. In an open setting without pressure to perform, we immerse ourselves in what is happening in the moment. The mindful movement of the body - both for oneself and in a group - enables a connection to one's own body and the group.

  • WalkingMeditation

    In walking meditation, we are not accompanied by music, but by natural rhythms and sounds: the focus is on a mindful perception of the physical structures and processes in natural walking. The breathing, the skeleton, the muscles and tendons are consciously felt in harmonious interaction. In addition to looking inward, I offer a watchful approach to the passing environment with various perception exercises.
